TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms for using Claudixum

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Claudixum website, wallet connection flow, strategy engine, live previews, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and, unless the law applicable to you requires a higher age, at least 18 years old. You may not use the Service where access to automated trading, digital assets, or decentralised finance is prohibited.

3. What the Service provides

Claudixum provides software tools for selecting and running automated digital-asset strategies, viewing executions, and monitoring performance. Certain demonstrations, previews, model outputs, prices, or trade data may be simulated or delayed. The Service may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time.

4. Wallet connections and allocated assets

The Service is non-custodial. Connecting a wallet does not transfer ownership of the wallet or its unallocated assets to Claudixum. The strategy engine may operate only with assets and permissions that you expressly approve for a session. You are responsible for reviewing wallet prompts, token amounts, network details, permissions, fees, and transactions before approval.

You may revoke a wallet permission at any time using your wallet or an appropriate permission-management tool. Revocation may stop or interrupt an active strategy. You remain responsible for network fees, open positions, pending transactions, and the consequences of revocation.

5. No financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

The Service provides software-generated information and execution tools, not personalised financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation or guarantee that any strategy, asset, protocol, or transaction is suitable for you. Obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

6. Trading and DeFi risks

Digital assets, smart contracts, automated strategies, decentralised exchanges, bridges, liquidity pools, and blockchain networks involve substantial risk. Risks include total loss, volatility, slippage, liquidity failure, smart-contract bugs, oracle failure, model error, unexpected strategy behaviour, transaction reordering, network congestion, validator failure, depegging, protocol governance changes, and regulatory change. Past or preview performance does not predict future results. Profits are not guaranteed.

7. User responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your device, wallet, keys, seed phrases, authentication methods, and network access. Never provide a seed phrase or private key to Claudixum. You must use the Service lawfully, verify transaction details, maintain sufficient network tokens for fees, and determine whether the Service is permitted and appropriate in your jurisdiction.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to violate law, sanctions, court orders, third-party rights, or protocol rules; interfere with or reverse engineer protected parts of the Service; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; misrepresent identity or authority; manipulate markets; launder funds; or use assets derived from unlawful activity.

9. Third-party services and public blockchains

The Service may interact with wallets, blockchains, decentralised protocols, price feeds, RPC providers, hosting providers, and other independent services. Claudixum does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, fees, data practices, or actions. Public blockchain transactions may be permanent, publicly visible, and impossible for Claudixum to reverse.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, visual design, software, models, workflows, documentation, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to the Service operator, subject to applicable open-source and third-party licences. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of profitability, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, security, non-infringement, or error-free execution. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, assets, data, opportunity, or goodwill; failed or delayed blockchain transactions; unauthorised wallet access; smart-contract or protocol failures; or losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Service operator against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. You may stop using the Service and revoke wallet permissions at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or suspected misuse.

15. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the Service operator, without overriding mandatory rights or protections that apply in your country of residence. The competent forum will be determined under applicable law. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed in good faith.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding the Service unless a separate written agreement applies.

PRIVACY POLICY

What we do not store

0tracking cookies
0stored wallet sessions
0advertising profiles

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of the Claudixum application and website. It applies to information handled by the application itself. Independent wallets, email providers, blockchain networks, protocols, and infrastructure providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

2. No accounts, cookies, analytics, or tracking

The application does not create traditional user accounts and does not request KYC documents. It does not intentionally set cookies, use browser local storage for user profiles, run behavioural analytics, create advertising identifiers, fingerprint devices, or build marketing profiles.

3. Wallet session information

When you connect a wallet, the application may temporarily read the wallet address, network, supported asset balances, and permissions necessary to show the allocation interface and operate the strategy engine. This information is used only for the active session. Claudixum does not maintain a user database or persist wallet-session information after the session is closed.

A wallet connection can be disconnected or revoked at any time. Revoking a permission prevents further use of that permission but cannot reverse a transaction already submitted to a blockchain.

4. Public blockchain data

Blockchain networks are public systems independent of this website. A public wallet address, transaction identifier, token transfer, smart-contract interaction, or related metadata may be recorded permanently on a blockchain and visible to others. Claudixum does not control, delete, or alter public blockchain records. Avoid placing personal information in a transaction message or smart-contract payload.

5. Contact form and email

The contact form on this website does not submit information to a Claudixum server. Selecting “Prepare message” creates a draft in your own email application. Until you choose to send that email, the entered information remains in your browser and email application.

If you send an email, your email provider, the recipient’s email provider, and the recipient may process and retain the sender address, message, and related metadata. That email communication is separate from wallet-session data and may be retained as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain security, or comply with law.

6. Hosting and technical transmission

Although the application does not intentionally collect or store visitor data, loading any website requires network requests. A hosting, content-delivery, RPC, wallet, price-feed, or security provider may temporarily process technical information such as an IP address, user agent, request time, or error information under its own privacy policy and retention practices. Claudixum does not use that information to create user profiles.

7. Sharing and sale of information

Claudixum does not sell personal information and does not share wallet-session information with advertisers or data brokers. Temporary technical information may pass to the wallet, blockchain, protocol, RPC, price-feed, or hosting provider needed to perform the action you request.

8. Retention

Wallet-session information is not retained by the application after the session closes. Form entries are not transmitted through or stored by the website. Email you voluntarily send may remain with the relevant email providers and recipient according to their retention practices. Public blockchain data remains subject to the rules and technical characteristics of the relevant network.

9. Security

The Service is designed to minimise application-level data storage. Nevertheless, no wallet, device, network, protocol, blockchain, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for device security and for protecting private keys and seed phrases. Claudixum will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children. Anyone who is not legally able to use digital-asset or DeFi services in their jurisdiction must not use the Service.

11. Your choices and rights

You can disconnect your wallet, revoke permissions, close the session, or stop using the Service at any time. Because the application does not maintain wallet profiles or session records, it ordinarily has no application database record to access, correct, export, or delete. For an email you sent, you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides that right.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service, providers, law, or privacy practices. The revised policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.
